This is a key role in the cheese room in a growing team. Assisting the Head Cheesemaker with the daily make and other associated tasks from the milk coming in, through to the cheese being made.
- Working week
Monday to Friday with some weekend work as and when needed for busy times.
Shifts will start between 7:30am – 9:30am dependant on type of day (cheesemaking/non-cheesemaking).
Shifts will be for 6.5 hours including a 1/2 unpaid lunch break
